We’re available for events all year round, including holidays! We can provide our mobile mini golf entertainment throughout the state of Virginia, however there would be a travel surcharge incurred outside of the 35 mile radius. Prices shown are based on the event taking place within a 35 mile radius of our studio in Ashland, Virginia.


Absolutely! Our mini golf courses can be set up both indoors and outdoors.


Generally, you'll need about 4 by 10 feet for each hole to ensure easy access for players. Our flexible setup allows us to space holes in large areas like gyms or banquet rooms, or even outdoors on lawns and driveways. Just make sure the surface is flat and clean—real grass, artificial turf, concrete, and asphalt work great!


This depends on how easy the access is from our van to the setup area. Typically, it takes 45-60 minutes for setup and about the same amount of time for teardown. Obviously barriers could lengthen that timeframe. If you have any particular questions or would like us to take a look at your space just let us know. 


Our experienced team of installers bring with them the tools to alleviate as much as possible any uneven surfaces so each hole is as flat as possible. 


A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at booking, which goes toward your total. The remaining balance is charged 72 hours before your event.
